Aloe Vera

There are over 200 species of Aloe Vera grown around the world. It is commonly used for hair, skin, and body care, but the juice of aloe vera is also an excellent food. As a food, it is excellent for the stomach and all colon problems, helps the liver detoxify, improves vericose veins, skin cancer, arthritis, diarrhea, and constipation.

As a skin healer, it is good for cuts, bruises, burns, insect bites, acne, blemishes, welts, eczema, sunburns, athletes foot, and nail fungus. It can be used as a skin toner for the face, especially if the skin is oily.
